In a pan, add in a 1 stick of butter with a 1/2 can of your favorite beer (optional but enjoyable: drink the other half). Add in your sliced mushrooms, onions (maybe even toss in potatoes of your favorite veggies) with about 4 oz of RIFF RAFF. Put on grill at medium heat, covered and cook for 1 hour. This works great in oven or on cook top, as well.
